And my suggestion to anyone thinking about using Direct liquidation is to stay away and find someplace else to buy your items. I will be going to they're competition from now on. I have been waiting for my order to get prepared for much longer than it should have taken just to have it canceled due to they're incompetence! I don't think I will be doing anymore business with Direct Liquidation. Well I got a email but it says they have cancelled my order and it's no longer available! What a poor way to do business. Then they said to wait for another email to pickup. But the order was not even ready for the pickup. I have been waiting for more than a week so I contacted customer service. They had it ready for pickup the next day. I bought 1 pallet and everything went smooth. Really? I have stopped buying from Direct for a while due to their high increases in price and flat out Lying to me then decided to give them another chance. Then later I tried to use it again after contacting support and they said it already expired.

They said the code would never expire and I can use it anytime. The last time I left a negative review they offered me a 20% off code to change my review. Things Used to be good and the prices Used to be reasonable. I've been purchasing from Direct for several years now so I think I can leave a Honest review. And provide the general resellers with a solution they have always wanted. As soon as I have the capitol available I am going to put this company out of business. They only care about gaining more exposure and business they do not care about maintaining or strengthening their current relationships. There is no real structure to this company you can't achieve any real business strategies or business models with them. When you buy something it takes them forever to process it, When they finally do process it they send you a notification that they item has shipped and they don't actually ship it for 3 to 7 days after that. I have probably wasted thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of production time repeating myself to different people, They raise prices regularly with no explanation., If they owe you money good luck getting it, but if you owe them money they email you everyday. You have to ask 10 times and send multiple emails and call multiple times to get anything done. Nobody takes responsibility for anything, Everyone blames everyone else for delays mistakes or problems. So if you want an honest opinion and review then this is as honest as it gets. I have been buying from them for 4 years now. After I talked with Alex and now Also my account block. If I'm the description it said that it was a pallet of not for resale items in the pallet I would understand but that was not what the description said. I asked for a refund on the item not the whole pallet because it was a not for resale item. But this item is a display item not for resale not a item sold in the store or website. And I completely understand that when I bought the pallet these are returned items. I tried to explain to Alex at customer service and he said that it is sold as is. There is no internal parts on the inside of the motor. This item in the pallet was a display item not for resale. On the description it says it was a returned from store or from a website. Problem number 2: I bought a pallet of power washer's. The number 4 is not real and I don't understand why they even put on websites let people buy it while that pallet not available. Problem number 1: I drove 1 hour 30 minutes and come pick up 4 pallet. Very thankful for customer service Mr Miguel. The customer call and resolved the issue.
